Thank you for choosing to use our mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, and using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement ("EULA") and our Privacy Policy.

End User License Agreement (EULA):

1. Ownership of the App: The App is owned and operated by Mass Grown LLC. All rights to the App and its contents are reserved by Mass Grown LLC. You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the App.
2. Limited License: Mass Grown LLC  grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
3. Intellectual Property: You acknowledge that Mass Grown LLC owns all right, title and interest in and to the App and its contents, including without limitation, all intellectual property rights.
4. Prohibited Uses: You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local or international law or regulation.
5. Termination: Mass Grown LLC may terminate this EULA at any time without notice to you. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the App.
